The story of Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, who murdered his wife, Mónica Burgos, is featured on CBS’s 48 Hours.
According to Wikipedia, Mónica was found dead on April 8, 2010. At that time, they were on a holiday in Mexico.
According to reports, his wife’s body was discovered in a sewer near the Moon Palace resort. Bruce was detained and questioned by police the next day.
However, he was released the following morning. However, officials informed him that he was not permitted to leave Mexico until the investigation was completed.
When the authorities questioned their British neighbors, they claimed to have overheard the two arguing on April 4. Following Monica’s murder, police discovered Bruce’s body, which had been scratched.
