Team of the Week (TOTW) 18 is up next in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and as ever we will bring you all the latest news, rumours, and leaks pre-release.
We have seen some excellent performances over the past week which could result in some epic cards in FUT 22.
Stay up to date with the latest TOTW news as we count down to the release.
Release Date
The next TOTW squad in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team will be released on Wednesday, 19 January.
Team of the Week 18 players will be released into packs at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm GMT, replacing the previous TOTW players immediately.
As ever, the new cards will be available in packs for one week only from when they are released, with some top players set to feature this week.
They will likely be joined by the first Team of the Year (TOTY) players in packs for a limited time only.
Predictions
It looks like we could be in for a treat this week, with some of the world’s best players performing at the highest level.
Bruno Fernandes was handed the armband in the absence of Harry Maguire, and he repaid that show of faith with two stunning goals.
A first appearance in Team of the Week should follow for Fernandes and United will hope he can continue that good form.
Philippe Coutinho has the PERFECT debut for his new club Aston Villa on Saturday evening!
The Brazilian star announced his return to the Premier League with a goal and an assist from the bench as Villa came back to draw 2-2 with Manchester United.
Over in Germany, Robert Lewandowski put on yet another magnificent display of finishing.
Lewandowski scored three goals against Koln as Bayern Munich eased to a comfortable 4-0 win, and the Polish striker could be in for higher honours when the Team of the Year is announced.
Dynamic Cards
It doesn’t look like there will be inclusions for any Ones to Watch cards, however, there are more live cards to keep an eye on now that Headliners are in the game.
Joao Cancelo is once again a contender for a Team of the Week spot after his brilliant display against Chelsea in what was a superb 1-0 win for Man City.
If included, the Portuguese full-back will see his live Headliners card increase in rating to a 91 OVR.
With the form that he has been in this could be the first of many upgrades, so investing in the card now could be a wise purchase.
